Returns
Returns valid for products ordered on www.theperfectshoes.nl. Is your order not entirely what you had in mind? A pity, but that can happen. Register your return by sending an email to info@theperfectshoesshop.nl or via a message on instagram @theperfectshoess and state your name, order number, product and preferably (not required) the reason for return. You can then send the return (at your own expense) to the postal address below in The Hague. For a quick settlement we give the tip to include a name & account number with the return. We are not liable for packages that have no name on them, that are sent without a track code or that end up at the wrong address. If there is no name on or in the box, it is very difficult for us to find the package.
We must have received the return within 14 calendar days after the return declaration. You will then receive the purchase amount refunded within 14 days to the same account number with which you paid for your order. Please indicate at Paypal payments at which e-mail address the payment can be made. We cannot issue refunds until the products have been received by us.
Exchanging
Do you want to exchange for a different size? That's no problem! Important: The shoes must be returned in original packaging, unworn and undamaged, within 14 days. Returns that do not meet this requirement, or packages that are sent outside the 14-day period, will be returned to the owner. The costs for returning are for the buyer.
Note: Products in the sale may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale cannot be returned due to high discounts. Sale / items purchased with a discount code are included.
